At the recently concluded Medical Mission in El Nido, Palawan, UPMAS had the opportunity to build bridges, give back, and share joy with those who need it most.
Led by UPMAS President Dr. Krisinda Dim-Jamora, the team did a superb job of spreading the spirit of love and service to our countrymen.
Currently, El Nido is in need of specialists and El Nido residents travel 5 hours each way to Puerto Princesa. Services provided to 726 citizens during the mission included cervical cancer screening, pap smear, gyne ultrasound, dermatology, general medicine, circumcision, and, vaccination.
As Mother Teresa said, "Do Small Things With Great Love".
