The UPMAS President, Dr. Ryan B. Capitulo, gave a message during the Testimonial for Physician Licensure Exam Topnotchers and Board Passers on June 18, 2024 held at the Ramon Ang Auditorium, 3rd floor, Henry Sy, Sr. Hall.
